As a Starbucks Barista, I provided exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, crafting a variety of handcrafted beverages to meet Starbucks quality standards and customer preferences. I maintained a clean, organized workspace, adhered to food safety protocols, and efficiently handled cash transactions, mobile orders, and loyalty rewards using POS systems. Collaborating with team members, I contributed to meeting daily sales goals and ensuring smooth store operations. As a Barista Trainer, I took on the responsibility of onboarding and mentoring new hires, providing hands-on guidance in beverage preparation, customer service, and operational procedures. I conducted training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and workplace safety, while offering continuous coaching and feedback to support team development. Throughout my role, I upheld Starbucks' core values, fostered a positive team environment, and encouraged collaboration and effective communication.

One of my greatest and most memorable accomplishments was earning the rank of an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America; which is the highest rank and most respected. This rank symbolizes exceptional leadership, service, and personal achievement. Eagle Scouts demonstrate commitment to the Scout Oath and Law, completing a rigorous process that includes earning at least 21 merit badges, holding leadership roles, and organizing a significant community service project. This prestigious rank reflects strong character, dedication to service, and the skills to make a positive impact on their communities.

I have as well earned my certification in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint in my senior year of high school (2021); and have completed my Food Safety Certification.

I would also like to mention I lead and organized a church small group. This involves guiding and nurturing a small group of individuals in their spiritual growth and faith journey. The small group leaders facilitate discussions, foster meaningful relationships, and create a welcoming, supportive environment for prayer, Bible study, and sharing life experiences. They provide spiritual guidance, encourage group participation, and help members apply biblical principles to their daily lives, all while promoting unity and community.
