Process 485 to physicians requiring mail/hand delivery/scan
Process new order to physicians requiring mail/hand delivery/scan
Tracking of 485 and orders and utilization or order tracking notes/process
Review unsigned orders
Follows up on faxes that need resubmission and ensures physician master updated if applicable
Verifies receipt of Notice of Medicare Provider Non Coverage to Client and other applicable patient notifications
Process episode summary reports to physician
Print patient Medication Profiles and send to client
Processes diagnosis clarification to physician timely
Processes medical records request timely and follows up
