Service Desk Leader
At the service desk I would take all of the calls, make appointments over the phone and in person. Along with that I would check people in for their appointments and I would stock the product on the shelves.
Throughout my time working at Paul Mitchell in Logan I learned a lot of different lessons. I learned how to communicate well and I learned how to handle tough situations. We were one big team and we had to work well together throughout that time. Being a hard worker was also a key piece. Having a good attitude towards work every day was a big deal when it came to my job, and be willing to do anything that was asked of me.
