• Served as Onsite Superintendent for the 60,000 SF build-to-suit Amazon delivery station.
• Coordinated bringing city utilities to a greenfield development site.

Indianapolis Logistics Park Northwest – Buildings 2 & 3 Indianapolis, IN | 2024

• Started and led construction of a new development as Site Superintendent.
• Completed two 280,000 SF single-load buildings simultaneously while preparing a 300,000 SF building pad for a future facility.
• Delivered all new site infrastructure including roads, electrical expansion, city water mains, gas, and telecommunications.

KATTSAFE – North American Headquarters Tenant Improvement Whitestown, IN | 2024

• Led tenant improvement for the two-story 8,000 SF office build-out with full kitchen and gym area for the manufacturer of custom safety equipment.

Iwis Drive System – North American Headquarters Whitestown, IN | 2023

• Completed build-to-suit of a 100,000 SF manufacturing and storage facility for large equipment drive systems.
• Included a two-story 6,000 SF office area.

SHEIN – Automated Facility Tenant Improvement Whitestown, IN | 2023

• Directed 280,000 SF tenant improvement for a fully automated facility.
• Coordinated installation of over 15,000 sprinkler heads for the in-rack fire suppression system.

Commerce Park 65 – Buildings 6 & 8 Whitestown, IN | 2022

• Simultaneously completed construction of two spec warehouses (560,000 SF and 280,000 SF).
• Managed site infrastructure including widening/expansion of 1,200 LF of county road, bringing domestic water, sanitary, and power services to each building, and relocating a county legal drain.

Progressive Logistics – Tenant Improvement Greenfield, IN | 2022

• Managed 500,000 SF tenant improvement project with major emphasis on super-flat warehouse slab remediation.

Life Science Logistics – Tenant Improvement Whitestown, IN | 2021

• Directed tenant improvement project featuring a 3,000 SF office build-out, 2,000-amp power upgrade, installation of 10 vertical dock levelers, and a freestanding 32-ft tall 36° walk-in chiller.

Amazon MQJ1 – Cross Dock Sorting Facility Greenfield, IN | 2020

• Led interior and building shell construction as Site Superintendent for a $70M+ build-to-suit cross-dock sorting facility.
• Directed full interior build-outs, including multiple office blocks, remote restrooms, and shipping offices.
• Managed building commissioning and BMS system installation encompassing 40+ rooftop units, 60+ electrical distribution panels, and 10 water heaters.
• Oversaw low-voltage systems installation including 300+ cameras, 120 operational doors, and 50 remote sensors/control points.
• Delivered project on time and under budget during COVID-19 lockdowns while developing and enforcing COVID safety protocols for daily crews exceeding 400 tradespeople.

Indianapolis Zoo – Elephant Exhibit Expansion Indianapolis, IN | 2019

• Served as Site Superintendent for the expansion of the Tempo Camp elephant exhibit, including construction of a new reinforced stamped concrete pad and over 100 LF of cast-in-place concrete retaining wall.
• Managed complete demolition and regrading of the active exhibit while coordinating closely with Zoo staff to minimize dust and noise.
• Successfully executed all work while the Zoo remained fully open and operational to the public.
