I joined the Navy with the desire to become a Navy SEAL. While in training, I broke my leg and was medically dropped from the program. However, I was still very fortunate to have learned optimal qualities first hand from some of the most capable and disciplined people on Earth. I heard many lectures and classes by the SEAL instructors about mental resiliency, problem solving, work efficiency, discipline, and efficient task completion in a team environment. I still seek to embody these qualities in every work environment I find myself in.
