I oversee daily feed production, being a team player, having things prepared, being motivating during long days when motivation is low, diagnosing and fixing things as needed to keep production going or get back on track as soon as possible, help train in guys from other locations or new employees to the mill on daily operations and production, and try to keep my work area and warehouse as clean as possible.
Some of the achievements that I have made since being hired are stepping up when the mill management was let go, and there were new hires with no knowledge of how to run the mill, so I stepped up to operate. During that time, I helped train the new hires on the daily mill operation. I am trying my best to keep everything moving in the right direction of keeping everything on track. I am not perfect, and I have made some bad calls regarding production and responses, so there are things that I need to work on and improve.
