Oversee and aid in the management of On Campus Kids' (OCK) eight after-school locations, ensuring that each site is thriving and properly reflects the company by upholding all of its policies and procedures.
Interact with parents and school administrative staff to help maintain a safe and fun environment in the program.
Obtain proper licensing for the program and maintain conditions to meet the requirements of said licensing per the state.
Document state billing as well as interact with state employees in regards to ERDC (employment-related day care) customers.
Schedule OCK employees' shifts.
Manage issues that arise in the program, whether with OCK staff, school staff, children enrolled in OCK, or the parents of those children.
