At Shake Smart, as a shift lead I was in charge of managing everyday activities in the shop to provide effective customer service and a smooth workflow. I worked along with other team members to assign responsibilities, preserve standards for cleanliness, and enforce quality control procedures.  While also overseeing inventory levels and reconciling registers. In order to guarantee a great experience for both clients and workers, I played a critical part in onboarding new hires, upholding corporate regulations, and resolving any problems that come up during their shift.
