Volunteer
- Helped at Tacos 4 Life event as a volunteer
My name is Logan Johnston, I was raised in Murrieta California, which is close to San Diego, I am sixteen years old, my parents' names are Billie the 2nd and Cara Johnston, I have an older brother, Billie the 3rd, who is 17 years old. I moved out to Texarkana just before my 7th grade year. living in these two very different areas has influenced me by helping me be more open minded to other views/ways of life. Also when i live in California i was around a lot of military personnel and i believe that they have taught me two thing, the first being a good work ethic, and also that i want to help other, thus i was drawn to the medical field, and then later i found out about medical examiners and i was drawn to the subject and now i want to be one. I am a sophomore at Trinity Christian school, and I plan to graduate with honors. I tend to read and draw in my spare time. Most of what i read is either historical nonfiction or some type of poem or literatures by older authors.
I currently do not have much of a job history. I have technically had jobs such as mowing lawns for my neighbors, walking dogs, and similar tasks. I have110 volunteer hours, and many more hours not recorded, including helping at churches, food banks, and homeless shelters,Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, Tacos 4 Life, and Trinity Christian School .I am Sophomore at Trinity Christian School, with higher classes for my grade such as Algebra 2, and Sociology, Public Speech, which these two were taken at Arkansas University of Hope Texarkana. I am On track to take a college math class for senior year and this pots me on track to graduate with honors. Also as far as my current GPA it is not disclosed on transcript so i do not know what it is.
The major thing that I want to achieve through this university is not only a higher education but also for success in the field that I want to research but also to later get a job in. The reason i look to Loma Linda university for success in my studies and later into my job is that I have known good bit of graduates from Loma Linda university, all of which praised how good Loma Linda university is and how they believed that what they were doing there and learning there was beneficial to the the job that they are currently doing.
