Maintain plant by keeping production running and doing so in a timely matter

Inspect and trouble shoot electrical systems, motors, gear boxes, hi pressure water pumps, gear drives, transformers, inductotherm furnaces, melting cabinets, and solid state drives

Install new machinery if needed

Weld and or fabricate things needed for the plant

Rebuild inductotherm furnaces

Help with the melting crew to solve any problems with the melt deck

Trouble shoot melting cabinets with problems occur

• Diagnosed electrical issues in machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conducted routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assisted in troubleshooting and repairing industrial control systems using PLC programming techniques.
