On February 21st, 2021, an ear infection grew and passed through the mastoid bone which eventually caused the infection to spread across the brain. I was officially admitted into the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) on February 22nd. I was released in May and went through months of physical, occupational and speech therapy. The first class after that was psychology, which I passed with a 92. I remember vividly on a hospital bed, a doctor said I would never go back to college. If I'm passionate about something, I will put my all into it without sacrificing anything.
