Overlooked and managed 23 employees, and 3 Store Managers. I

ran eight stores. I was responsible for scheduling and updating each

of those stores. I would also have to stay up to date on store supplies

and coins/bills to make sure the stores were running efficiently. I was

also depended on to hire employees and interview for positions that

opened up, along with discipline employees, or even fire employees.

The most important thing was to promote a teamwork energy in my

stores.

I was responsible for coming up with new weekly deals that our store

could offer. I also had to become comfortable and competent with

new software systems we used for point of sale and customer

rewards. I was taught how to use 3D printers here and how to use the

software for those, and our customer service skills were prioritized as

our number one priority.

Drove an amazon sprinter van, and completed deliveries that were

supplied to me by my dispatcher. Completed up to 120-150 stops per

day. I was only hired during the peak season.

Responsible for keeping inventory up to date in an efficient and safe
manner. I was depended on to pick up and deliver parts to and from
drilling locations. I received warehouse, and forklift experience at this
