- Serve as an active member of Panorama’s Hip Team, working directly with our hip surgeons to update protocols, discuss challenging patient cases, and review the most current evidenced based research on both post-operative and conservative management of hip pathologies.

- Responsible for training our support staff through clinic orientation, exercise instruction, and monthly individual mentoring sessions
- Maintain consistent communications with the orthopedic surgeons regarding patient status and progression through their rehabilitative protocol
- Administer Dry Needling techniques to positively influence pain and length-tension relationship of intended musculature
- Utilize Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) in order to promote healing and strengthening of a given tissue while decreasing the load
