  • Independently evaluate, diagnose and determine the appropriate treatment interventions for patients with orthopedic injuries that are post-operative or non-operative in nature.
  • Serve as an active member of Panorama’s Hip Team, working directly with our hip surgeons to update protocols, discuss challenging patient cases, and review the most current evidenced based research on both post-operative and conservative management of hip pathologies.
  • The preferred therapist for treating hip pathologies such as acetabular labral repairs, labral reconstructions, Ganz osteotomies and conservative management of labral tears.
  • Mentor and train other physical therapists on proper manual interventions for patients recoverint from arthroscopic acetabular labral repairs and Ganz osteotomies, in order to maintain post-operative restrictions and allow for continuity of care

  • Maintain consistent communications with the orthopedic surgeons regarding patient status and progression through their rehabilitative protocol
  • Administer Dry Needling techniques to positively influence pain and length-tension relationship of intended musculature
  • Utilize Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) in order to promote healing and strengthening of a given tissue while decreasing the load
