Logan Montes

This volunteer work included teaching and advising young children ranging from ages 6-14 years songs on instruments like drums, bass guitar, electric guitar, piano, and singing, and then performing. In this volunteer work, I also had to learn things like babysitting/watching over kids, sorting out challenges like arguments or disputes through kids, and teaching them right vs. wrong in this environment. This volunteer work was six hours a day, five days a week from months June through mid August for years 2023 and 2024. Skills I honed through this work include:

• Worked in team environment to maintain high levels of productivity.
• Contributed to a positive work environment by maintaining a professional attitude and demonstrating respect for all individuals involved in the environment.
• Exemplified leadership qualities while coordinating group activities, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining open lines of communication among other volunteer members.
• Positively impacted the lives of countless individuals within the community by dedicating time, energy, and passion towards teaching children meaningful causes of music and performing as a student volunteer.
