- As a receiving clerk, I used the SAP program to receive parts into our system and get them labeled accordingly and efficiently.
- This included receiving orders from DHL, UPS.
- Unloaded trailers and helped stage parts on the receiving dock to being the receiving process.
- Used SAP to enter parts into the system which generated barcode stickers to label parts with.
- Met with UPS, DHL and any other smaller delivery orders that were delivered to the warehouse daily. I also received those into the SAP system and delivered those to their directed location in the warehouse or offices.
- Repacked orders that were delivered in wrong packaging or boxes into correct housings to fit into storage locations and racks in the warehouse.
- Worked close with Material Handler Leads and my Supervisor to keep the assembly line stocked with parts so it does not go down. This included 'HOT' parts which may have been low at a given time but were scheduled to be delivered soon.
- Worked close with the coordinator of our storage yard and our procurement specialists which kept track incoming parts and deliveries of when they were scheduled to be delivered. This also included part quantities and amounts being delivered on any given date.

- Given lots of responsibilities which helped me get promoted quickly to a receiving clerk position.
- Came in early to stage the line for certain parts so they were ready for the day. This was an added task that helped me learn the computer system used inside the warehouse.
- Material handler responsibilities included keeping the assembly line stocked with parts so that it does not have to stop moving.
- Picking orders using forklifts and cherry pickers to bring to staging area.
- Moved parts from the staging area to their spots on the assembly line in a timely order using a tugger train.
- Removed trash and debris from stations on the line to make delivering parts to locations on the line more efficient.
- Used a trash compactor and a separate recycling compactor to dispose of debris.
