Logan Nix

I began my journey at Tru Riverbirch in October, 2017 as a team member in Exterior Bottoms. After my time there, I was moved to the Cabinet Shop. I was then promoted to Team Leader in the Partitions department. Later, I was given the opportunity to be a Team Leader in the Cabinet Shop, and also in Side Wall. After my time as Team Leader, I was given the privilege of becoming a AC in Sidewall and Partitions. I currently reside as AC in the Top Department, Electrical Department, and the Cabinet Shop. Alongside the day to day responsibilities, I have also been assigned several special tasks during my time here. These include:

• Both the set up and the take down of our homes at several home shows.
• Traveled to several states to repair service issues on our homes.
• Asked to take the lead on several projects to promote and meet company goals.
• Worked closely with the Continuous Improvement Team.
• Created Excel spreadsheets to help track the progress of our Continuous Improvement Team by documenting 5S Kaizen and DMAICs.
• Regularly use Outlook to keep up with our customer service issues related to my departments.
• Worked closely with corporate and their Continuous Improvement Team to implement new processes in the construction of our cabinets.

• Constructed durable stone structures, ensuring alignment and stability for residential and commercial projects.
• Operated various masonry tools including trowels, chisels, and mixers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborated with project managers to interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate execution of designs.
