Flexible Cook willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments in team setting. Background in maintaining kitchen sanitation, preparing basic components of dishes and working within team of cooks. Although I have a a lot of background in the cooking field I'm looking for a more customer service related Job and trying to get away from the cooking industry.
At Martins Barbecue I did mostly line cook work. I've worked there for long enough to completely master all aspects of the job itself.
