As an FC Associate for both the Outbound Ship Dock and Pack, I have become a very versatile employee who is often put into critical role positions. I am known to be reliable in whatever role I am put in, capable of running any spur and pack station I am staffed at, and flexible and willing to be sent as a labor share to support other departments. As a critical role team member for OB Dock and Pack, I am often staffed in whatever role is most needed of me at the time—I have been a Wall Builder when it comes time to send out our CPT trailers, I have operated in KABE and Mansort/BOD as a PG, I frequently am lead Water Spider, I have operated problem solve with the pack department, and am often lead TDR across all shifts I work.
