  • Project Manager/Estimator, multlocation franchise where I spend my time competively growing and expanding territory for both restoration and reconstruction. Joining service master at the beginning of 2024 I embedding myself in an industry with endless potential. The oshkosh location had been a struggling point for my owners franchise consistently. Upon starting I implemented a system to allow my technicians to be able to operate efficiently and effectively , aggressively placing stepping stones to allow them to walk a path of success adjusting when needed to minimize room for error. I started and worked alongside my area manager another project manager and an estimator. With only 4 technicians upon starting. I worked very hard to bring in the right components after many interviews and trial errors I created a very successful team. During my time of employment I lost my assisting Project Manager then went my Area Manager along with my estimator. I continued daily operations for another few months taking on the role of running the office without them being replaced. I have developed extremely strong relationships with top insurance companies and adjusters that continuously pushed worked through my office. I have also pushed my territory greatly, reaching many construction businesses, apartment and town home complexes and many commercial buildings. In developing these relationships it allowed me to grow my crew of technicians to 15+ with 5 crew cheifs/foreman. I kept Technicians consistently on billable work all reaching 55+ hours a week and kept a consistent job margin above 80% with my sales closing rate above 95%. Reaching my yearly sales goal in only a 7 month time frame.
