

I believe through my experiences and skills: I am an effective leader, a hard worker, a critical thinker, & a superb communicator. I have been mentored by many successful leaders and through their teachings and my own drive I am capable of leading a team to ensure the job gets done to standard. My hard-work derives from my competitive sports background; I give my all to the current task at hand & will not stop until it is finished to standard. My critical thinking skills derive from my education and work background; as a former educator in training, a Sales Floor Supervisor, and a Construction manager. I am capable of using problem solving skills to ensure that the task gets done even if it is foreign to my understanding. My superb communicating skills derive from many presentations, leading meetings, and customer interactions. I am capable of communicating effectively to customers and/or associates to ensure that their experiences are great. It is my priority as a worker and a leader to give 110% of my hard-work and time to my employer and employees. The key to a good relationship in the work place is communicating effectively.
