Accomplishments

I’ve had a few jobs surrounding customers needs including Kroger where some customers wouldn’t be happy with pricing or trying to find items. I’ve resolved mostly all customer complaints with a high satisfaction rate leading to an increase in customer retention. I’ve also always worked in teams my whole career and like to meet new people, see new faces. I’d like to say I’m a very respectful and responsible person leading to people being more open with me. I also got beyond my expectations doing things a lot of other workers wouldn’t to make the job day easier as it goes by or even easier. I’ve always reached my goals and expectations reducing company errors by 50%.
