My career has been dedicated to joyfully working with individuals who have auditory challenges, deficits, or disorders. In addition to diagnosing and treating children and adults, I have developed listening-language-speech evidence-based hierarchies and programs for working with children and adults with hearing loss, deafness, and/or Auditory Processing Disorder.
I have developed ASHA approved training programs to teach other professionals how to add auditory skills training to their clinical skills "toolbox".
I have developed trauma-informed play programs to teach and enhance young children's listening, language and pre-literacy skills.
I have been ASHA clinical supervisor for over 30 individuals.
I have taught undergraduate courses at Michigan State University, Mercy College, Fontbonne University, and State University of New York- New Paltz.
