Manager, Digital Analytics and EMEA Business Intel

While living in beautiful city of Dublin, Ireland, I handled multiple cross functional teams in Data eco system.
In addition to my responsibilities as Analytics Implementation Manager, I took charge of EMEA strategic business analysis for 14 eCommerce countries. Leading a team of 10 individuals, including 5 analytics developers, 3 reporting analysts, 1 project manager, and a test and target strategist, I played a pivotal role in driving the company's data-centric approach in the region.

Collaborated closely with the EMEA eCommerce Digital Marketing team to develop MMO and Attribution Models, guiding the quarterly allocation of marketing spend. Facilitated successful campaigns throughout the year, including Black Friday and Flash Sales, by providing real-time reporting and comparing YOY numbers to adjust spend allocation.

Responsible for leading the Analytics implementation and architecture of digital analytics across multiple platforms and devices, with a focus on quality, site performance, and scalability to provide analytical support on ROI/Impact analyses, web analytics, and business analytics.

Created a comprehensive Documentation framework for Web Analytics terms, Variable map, and Measurement enablement timeline charts. Additionally, I conducted extensive training sessions both online and in-person, travelling to regional eCommerce HQs in Australia, China, UK, Ireland, Singapore, and India, accumulating over 250+ hours of training. The sessions were designed to empower diverse teams with Adobe Analytics skills, enabling them to develop insightful dashboards that address their specific business inquiries related to web data.

My training content was recognized and featured on Adobe Learning series emails, reaching audiences across the industry, including all Adobe Analytics Clients.

Responsible for Tag management throughout Digital Analytics Implementation life cycle: Creates and deliver technical specifications documents to IT Development teams as per the measurement requirements gathered, validate the implementations (Debugging and troubleshooting of Data Layer implemented), Configuring of rules on Adobe Launch and reporting.

Performing analyses on large influx of data generated for recent analytics implementations and communicate the data driven insights and recommendations by uncovering major story lines and themes from analysis results on Adobe Analytics.

Verify is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Vehicle and Engines Compliance Information System, which collects emissions and fuel economy compliance information for all types of vehicles (mobile sources of air pollution) including light-duty vehicles and heavy-duty and non-road engines. Engine and vehicle manufacturers report this information to the Verify system. The system works through EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX).
-Worked cross functional across both development team as well as Automation testing team.
