Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Camping, Travel

I'm a competitive Masters Crossfit athlete, I've been competing for over 7 years.  I have qualified for the Crossfit Games twice.  I've competed in multiple Marathons, and IronMan Triathlons as well.  My wife and I are avid hikers. Always getting hikes in whenever we travel somewhere.  We have hiked the Grand Canyon multiple times, and are planning to hike Rim to Rim next year.  We also love camping and travel.   I'm a very active person with a strong desire to help others reach their goals and help them realize they can accomplish anything they set out to do.
