  • Worked closely with the President of WCTI in training and sales document production and managing updates for High Efficiency Softeners, Brine Makers, Remote Monitoring of real-time collection and statistical trending and analysis of customer data.
  • Generated customized monthly and quarterly data and graphic reports of industrial water chemistry for international data centers, high-tech manufacturers and aircraft manufacturing facilities.
  • Serve as an expert help-desk for licensed distributors of WCTI technology, dedicated subcontractors providing technical field service and analytical testing of customer industrial water systems.
