Wanted to get into dirt work so I came to Rigid. They hired me as a off-road dump truck operator. I quickly moved moved up to a heavy operator digging retention ponds operating dozers and trackhoes.

Started as a shovel hand and a flagger. I quickly moved up to a operator running a shuttle buggy and backhoe. It was a asphalt state crew. Before I left I could run any piece of equipment we used. That includes Rollers, Brooms, Service truck and the others I mentioned before.

Brothers was my first full time job. I loved it, I cut around 20-22 residential houses a day. On every Tuesday we would cut a helicopter port. I learned how to work and learned what it's like to want to move up in a company.

Started with this company because I wanted to get into the oil & gas industry. I started doing CDT's and roustabouts with this company. i quickly moved up within a month to the casing side of things. I now run casing full time I pull slips, work the V-door and run tongs when needed.
