  • Provide adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) 24-hour residential care
  • Scheduled staff to accommodate 24 hour care for all sites, filled call offs. Input data into Wellsky .
  • Ensure all staffs PTO and scheduling is accurate then submitted to fiscal director for payroll
  • Overseeing late/ call off report, implementing company protocol. Inputting info into excel spreadsheets
  • Handled staff/ family and outside parties complaints pertaining to the individual’s quality of care and or company issues.
  • Submitted maintenance orders for my caseload, followed up to ensure the work order was completed. Closed maintenance work order once completed.
  • Monitor sites to ensure compliance with all guidelines including Chapter 6400, local county state, and federal regulations
  • Work with WRC medical staff to schedule and complete all appointments within the required time limit
  • Foster positive relationships with team members including SC, BSC and families and participate in meetings
  • Participate in the development, writing, implementation and revisions of ISP's, Outcomes, Behavioral Support Plans, SEE Plans, Fade Plans, Transition Plans and Restrictive procedure plans
  • Oversee program staff and monitor their performance, provide and participate in trainings
