The team lacked critical sales data to bolster their sales efforts. Upon joining Jingrui, I spearheaded initiatives to address these challenges by:

  • Engaging with engineers to gain insights into product features and benefits.
  • Analyzing customer inquiries and training the team in industry-specific trade language.
  • Compiling and analyzing historical sales data.
  • Streamlining the sales system, including inquiry, order and customer data management

I made the decision to part ways with the company due to differences in compensation perspectives during the pandemic.

MOON is a company that’s great at design, production, and sales. They buy raw materials, design custom packaging, and make hand-rolled cigarette paper for customer brands. They sell in Brazil, India, Nigeria, Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

  • Set up a CRM sales system with customer info, sales records, quotes, and document templates. Effect: Over 5000 customer data entries.
  • Made a website, got it on Google, and ran social media with some help. Results: Got on the first page of Google search.
  • Built a system for managing custom products, including samples, and set rules for product names and details. Effect: Over 2000 product data entries in two years.
  • Gathered and looked at sales and production data to spot trends and risks. Effect: Checked sales data every week, quarter, and year.
  • Handled sales leads (30 emails/day), gave quotes, took orders, and got shipping documents ready. Effect: 50% more new customers.
  • Made marketing plans, including regular emails and making content (images, videos).
  • Set up team meetings for sales, training, and management, and made PowerPoint presentations.
  • Helped the production team get started and learn the ERP system.
  • Helped different teams talk to each other about production, timing, shipping, and customer feedback.

In 4 months, I made a new website using WordPress at https://whmcn.com. I made the website show up on Google and ran Google ads. I spent $90 on ads in 28 days, got four inquiries, 376 clicks, and over 60,000 views. I also got two orders for samples.

I used these tools for marketing: - Google Workspaces for keywords and ads. - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn for social media. - WordPress and ElementorPro for the website. - Pipedrive and Mailchimp for marketing.
