  • Assist the Flexfab Retiree Club with publishing of periodic newsletters, and posts announcements for Retiree Bake Sales and administrate the Retiree Facebook page
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of Bargaining Unit contract, especially in terms of job postings and related operations
  • Assist operations with Labor Management Reports, Overtime sign-up sheets and scheduling and assisting with Flexfab Foundations Classes
  • This includes scheduling rooms for meeting, make collages of employee pictures for each class session, and print nametags for each associate attending classes.
