I am a quick learner as well as extremely organized and able to work at a fast pace. Multi-tasking seems to fit me well. My current role managing the Customer Service and Production Control (including Scheduling & Procurement) team includes wearing many hats and I have learned many aspects of the business. I work directly with production & quality teams as well as Accounting, Logistics, Sales and company Senior Management (in-house and overseas offices). I communicate with all levels of production employees on a daily basis for scheduling and job troubleshooting, organizing and leading upcoming projects, as well as managing shipments with Customers. I am service related, everyone I deal with I treat in a service manner, even inner company. I am comfortable working directly with all team members and doing whatever is needed, as well as working directly to ensure Customer satisfaction. I am very reliable, have a good work ethic, friendly and team oriented, upbeat, trustworthy and discreet. I take my job personally and put my all into what I do, as it serves as a direct reflection of me. I do not like idle time, so any slow periods I have I like to learn more about what I am doing (shadowing and working alongside machines to see what it is they do) so I can learn and incorporate it into our teams workflow.
