- Grand opened two new Hy-Vee Stores, one in Brooklyn Park, MN and current location in Maple Grove.
- Recruits top talent to maximize profitability and provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Facilitates hiring process from start to finish, from recruiting, interviewing, conducting Orientation and training of new employees.
- Develop effective retention programs to facilitate staffing of store and coordinate transfer of employees from one store to another.
- Track vacation and personal days for store employees.
- Conducts performance reviews and exit interviews.
- Transmits weekly timecards to insure employees get paid correctly.
- Makes payroll adjustments including extra bonuses and pay increases.
- Provides department heads and management with labor budgets and reports.
- Counsels with department heads and employees regarding performance reviews, scheduling, benefits, wages.
- Acting Insurance Coordinator and 401 (K) Coordinator, holding meetings with employees.
- Disperses paychecks, W-2's, trust Fund/401 (k) reports and other company/store communication.
- Orders Supplies and uniforms
- Prepares wage verifications, disability claims, leave of absence request and extensions.
- Records Worker Compensation claims and issues and fills out accident reports on customers, property damage and personal injury.
- Maintains OSHA 300 log.
- Maintained company compliance with local, state and federal laws, in addition to established organizational standards.
- Maintains strict adherence to department and company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinates quarterly meetings, store events and service Award programs.
- Daily use of Workday, Kronos, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Currently staffs 420 Full and Part Time employees.
