• Performed extensive title searches and review, title commitments and final policies
• Represented individuals on sale and purchase of real estate, including preparing HUD1 settlement statements, and all lender documents, mortgages, notes, purchase and sale contracts, etc
• Conducted title search and review for various natural gas pipeline projects
• During this time period, I was also in-house counsel for several title and closing companies
