Successful completion of CPR and EMD training with certificates obtained. Listen and talk, and operate the CAD and Intrado 911 systems simultaneously as well as other necessary task to process emergency 911 calls. Able to independantly answer the business line and process control burns with no assistance. Operate all functions of the 911 radio system to dispatch units to appropriate calls. Demonstrate the understanding of the chief complaint selection, ability to comprehend information provided by the callers. Elicit and summarize call information, classify emergencies following EMD and the Fire Department protocol and procedures in a calm and efficient manner. Knowledge of major roads and highways, towns, geographic jurisdictions.
Every day duties of a cashier such as full register operations, as answering phones, re-directing calls, faxing, filing etc. I type out repair tickets and work orders with parts listing, pricing and work performed. Submit customer product registrations and warranty claims filed online. Parts research and pricing. Accounts payable & receivable, inventory maintenance, purchasing/receiving, purchase orders, contacting various distributors on a daily basis. Work with County and State bids.
