  • Manage a team of coordinators responsible for all compliance and licensing related to the business. licenses managed include; business licenses, tax accounts, engineering firm licenses, trade licenses and annual filings.
  • Develop and impalement processes for the maintenance and timely renewal of over 1000 company licenses annually. As well as ensuring timely submission for all new licensing request based on company needs.
  • Manage and develop company wide permitting compliance. Responsible for timely pulling permits, coordinating with site management and scheduling inspection for all projects nationwide. Currently processing around 400 permits per year with over a thousand sites checked for compliance requirements.
  • Source, hire and manage sub contractors for projects in areas where the company is not licensed or the work is outside the scope for the company.

Responsibilities included project scheduling, customer support, resolving service related issue and maintaining profitability. Sucessfully maintained between 25-30% profitability for total client portfolio.
  • Research and grow new areas of compliance as the business grows. Including implementing new processes, deep level of understanding legal requirments for licenses and work with intercompany teams to ensure compliance is maintained.
