Assist members in understanding the usage of their membership, as well as utilizing the DisneyVacationClub.com website and the MyDisneyExperience website.
Work multiple systems to achieve Member satisfaction.
Assist with booking and/or confirming reservations within Disney Vacation Club, as well as any other suitable options the Member may be interested in.
Assist with all aspects of planning the most magical experience based on the location of travel. This may include resort reservations, dining reservations, booking tours and purchasing tickets.
Assisting with payments for booking Dining reservations and Cash rooms.
Selling Special Event Tickets.
Schedule appointments for patients for over 25 Doctors/Nurses/Therapist.
Verify insurance for patients.
Set up patients in Epic Medical System.
Handle referrals for patients.
Trouble shoot and assist patients with the Premise App.
Confirm formal request from other practices as well as corporations.
Document in electronic medical record system details of patient's information as well as requests.
Provide timely responses to inquiries via E-mail/phone.
Trainer to new hires.
Meet with Department Supervisors to address staffing needs for all patient floors.
Assign beds to patients admitted through the Emergency Department to the appropriate care floor.
Keep accurate records for call outs and reach out via phone/text/email to adjust staffing needs.
Assist House Supervisor with administrative needs.
