•Manage samples inventory for Spring and Fall Handbag Collection.
•Coordinate scheduling process for designer models, sales models and photo models
•Ensure that all required samples are on target to meet show dates
•Manage the shipping, packing and tracking of all hand made and production samples
•Provide on-site management and supervision of display installation
•Supervise the unpacking and set-up of samples by product handlers. •Manage handbag samples for internal and external show schedule, including ASD and Magic Show Expo. Coordinate shipment of all samples and display materials. Work with sales and marketing departments to help manage meetings/show display materials and samples.
•Develop and maintain close relations with Chain Stores, Department Stores, Boutiques, and Drop Ship accounts.
