Lorena Chavez

I dog sat 2 dogs and would take them on walks during the day. I also fed them twice a day. I would drive back to my house and every 3 hours I would check on them and take them for a walk because their owners were on vocation. It was really fun because I enjoy animals, especially dogs.

I was in a a lot of volunteering clubs at my school such as, environmental club where we volunteered to clean up the beach. I was also in a women's advocacy and volunteered to donate pads and tampons. I was in Latinos Unidos club and volunteered to help sell foods to donate money

With my church I go to, we have an organization called E-sports. Where we play sports and teach it to exceptional kids that have special needs. I enjoyed it because I remember seeing them really happy and smiling, and their parents happy as well. I participated in the E-hoops which is basketball. I helped taught them how to dribble and shoot the ball. I was patient and helpful with them.

I babysat my parents friends daughters. There were 3 daughters of the ages 6-14. I played sports with them and activities outside in the backyard and make lunch for them.
