• Duties are to instruct and promote kindergarten readiness to a group size of 32 children.
• Follow the TLE curriculum and implement it into a monthly thematic plan.
• Teaching phonics has a 90% success rate for the graduating class at the Kindergarten/1st grade reading level.

• As a kindergarten teacher, my duties are conducting classroom activities, meeting with parents, managing the classroom and co-teaching, creating lesson plans, and assessing student development.

As an Afterschool Program Supervisor, I lead a group of 46 children (K-5) for individualized homework assistance. Implemented theme-based planned activities, focused on team building, homework prioritization, and time management skills.
