• Performed childcare responsibilities according to the family's rules, providing a safe environment;
• Coordinated the planning and logistics of the daily activities of the children, involving driving, drop off and pick up from school, extra curricular activities, doctor's appointments, and any type of emergencies;
• Assisted children to develop fundamental learning, coping, discipline, and hygiene skills;
• Planned and assisted outdoor and educational activities of children providing daily physical and mental stimulation;
• Practiced positive reinforcement.

Supported lead teacher in developing, implementing, and grading age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulated intellectual curiosity, imagination, creativity, social, and academic skills;
• Offered a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that enhanced an average of 20 student’s learning and growth, assisting the lead teacher in recognizing learning issues;
• Prioritized the student's wellbeing and complied with the internal policies and governmental regulations on performed activities;
• Completed continuous developmental evaluations of children, developing lesson plans and following curriculum implementation that considered each child's individual needs - including children with special needs -, planning, evaluating, and creating opportunities to meet their changing needs;
• Strengthened ongoing open communication with parents and caregivers and provided a classroom environment that encouraged parent participation;
• Attended parent conferences to discuss children's developmental progress, needs, and interests, liaising with children's families to ensure smooth transitions and building solid relationships with student’s families.
