- Oversee daily operations on the field, ensuring my team is working at peak performance, delivering high quality work and promoting safety culture.
- Coordinate with project Superintendents, other trades foremen, supervisors and key personnel to collaborate and expedite related trades processes aiming to be completed timely or ahead of schedule.
- Read, Interpret and understanding construction drawings and lead completion of drywall finishing work in full compliance to specifications.
- Establish manpower requirements in a balanced way to optimize costs and production for a timely job completion.
- Submit job daily logs through the CMIC platform for optimum workplace organization and communication.
- Track and documented extra work orders and production reports using Extracker and Smartsheet platforms.
- Daily crew's time card approvals through the Exaktime platform.
- Continuous job progress monitoring and report weekly to corresponding project managers to collaborate input for the weekly cost status report.
- Coordinate material purchases, jobsite delivery and stocking distribution as required throughout.
- Coordinate requests, deliveries and returns for equipment needs from our warehouse through Rental result platform.
- Coordinate timely procurement and returns of automatic taping tools rented out from Ames taping tools rental store.
- Train workers in time saving methods, optimal equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Provide feedback to workers on job performance and safety procedures.
- Administer disciplinary actions to workers violating safety regulations and company policies.
