  • My initial responsibilities included taking inbound calls and making outbound calls related to the setup and resolution of auto insurance claims that are reported to us. I am currently a licensed auto insurance agent that has maintained at least a 4 MAP rating and remained in the top performance percentile consistently since my hire date. I was promoted to the casualty claims department after 2 years on the initial reporting claims team and being recognized as one of the top 5% customer satisfaction agents company wide in August of 2024. My current responsibilities include the resolution of auto damage and bodily injury claims.
