I have been working most of my life within the food chain industry, gaining all of my experience by working at Stonybrook University as a line cook. There my major focus was in the pizza station, creating sauces and preparing pizzas and fresh dough amongst other things. Throughout the years I was able to expand in other areas of the food industry as well.
