As directed by Judge Viola, supervised, coordinated and trained court services personnel of the First Circuit Courts, 13th Division in all operational aspects to provide support to the First Circuit Senior Family Court Judge (SFCJ), Family Court Judges, Judicial Services Branch staff and external agencies related to Family Court matters.

Was an active member of various RTYM Courthouse committees and taskforces which worked on projects for the safety and protection of the employees in their work environments.
Organized and assigned staff in correction, development, updating and making ADA compliant and fillable all internal and external Family Court Civil forms posted on the Judiciary Website. Extensive project to correct forms to accuracy and develop new ones adopted by the Legislature Acts. The other circuits relied heavily on the update and JIMS formatting corrections to all the First Circuit Family Courts forms so that they could replicate (as a template) to also update their forms.
Created workflows, forms and operational procedures including creating new case types and nature of action codes in JIMS Forum domain for Judiciary systems whenever a new Legislature Act was adopted (e.g.: Early Education Intervention Program (EEIP) and Emancipation of a Minor (EEM), etc.).
Evaluated current Family Court operations and implemented and developed modifications to current guidelines and procedures to make the divisions of Family Court more efficient.
Assisted, prepared and maintained travel for Judge Viola and Family Court Judges.
Assisted in creating the new Attorney (Program) II, Position No. 59058 (aka staff attorney position) for First Circuit Family Court. I was responsible to create a detailed list of what Judge Viola and I felt was needed to support the current Family Court organization and this position. Numerous meetings were held and correspondence via email were shared with Deputy Chief Court Administrators Michelle Acosta and Dwight Sakai, Court Operations Specialist Shauna Miura and Human Resources Specialists, Judge Viola and I to expedite execution.

Assigned to create and assist Family Court Management with workflows and standard operational procedures for the entire Family Court Civil process.
Dedicated endless hours to research and test the JIMS Portal system to provide input to Judge Viola and the JIMS Support team as they built the “FC firewall” which protects the confidentiality of sensitive information in Family Court cases especially ones that involve Minors. Judge Violas’ decision and implementation of this protection wall has prevented trusted agencies and external departments from having state wide access and breach of confidentiality to family court cases that they are not a party of.
Trained Family Court Judges, Judicial Services Branch staff, and internal and external departments that would be utilizing JIMS for research or docketing in the JIMS Portal or Judiciary Electronic Filing System (JEFS) programs and work queues related to Family Court Civil. We created and provided training materials specific to each department so that they would be motivated and have resource material to refer to when required to use the systems (JIMS and JEFS) mentioned.

Scheduled and attended meetings with Judge Viola, Communication Tech and Court Operations Unit Staff and JAVS President Mr. Green to discuss, resolve and implement tasks or “work arounds” of the many server and switch issues that occurred during the JAVS (recording system) upgrade project at the RTYM Courthouse.
Created schedules and communicated with court personnel whenever service work had to be done in every phase of the JAVS project.
Monitored the system daily and thoroughly communicated information between Family Court Judges and Staff whenever the recording system failed and required assistance from internal and external departments so that courtrooms could function throughout the repair(s).
