And as a Macy’s sales manager, we would always go in and train our Counter Managers and train other people in the departments and we also would do the hiring and letting go for employees
So one of my successes at Nordstrom’s was always being the top producer percentage wise over the department continuously always in a plus and always achieving 100% over my sales goals. Also interacting with customers and working with customers throughout the day averaging five makeovers a day averaging my goal overall achievements for the month.
I was also used as an example of how to engage with your customers and sit your customers down, bringing them to your chair and doing full makeovers at the counter, which produced my items per transaction by just being able to service their wants and their needs.
I would always open up credit cards every week to customers NORDSTROM cards and it was for the customers benefit, but I would always at least open one a week.
And working at Nordstrom’s for the past seven months, I’ve only called out sick once so I really value my business and my customers and my team overall.
