My duties are, greet customers and welcome them. Perform point of sales for day use and camping needs. Check in customers to their reserved campsites. Perform R2S2 needs to make sure all customer needs are correct and to remedy any issues, if needed. Voids, refunds, cancelations, Handle any non emergency park issues and needs to minimize having any supervisors being called away from other more important duties.
Making sure all vehicles in the park
are registered to the correct campsites, appropriately logged into the R2S2 system. Completed 453 tags and logged onto the grease board. Maintaining control for day use traffic, for any issues that might cause any parking problems. Keeping track of the days accounts. End of day accountability. Documenting daily sales, people count, accounting needs for daily and monthly reports. Also making sure, the events coming into to parks are tagged accordingly, or confirmed they are a prepaid contract.
Being aware of inventory needs and maintain operational needs.
Making sure the monies are accounted for, for the next day shift. Calling any customers that have not come in on the day of their reservation. Confirming whether they are coming in for that reservation or if they are needing to cancel the reservation.
Check all token machines and assure they are in good running condition. Restock machines with tokens.
Process Z reports. Process EROC reports.
Waited on tables, served food and drink, handled the point of sale for final payments for customers after their meals.
Cleaning of glasses and silverware, folding napkins. Cleaning tables, preparing for large parties in conference rooms. Preparing for groups for specific needs. Accommodations for special requests.
Vacuuming floors. Make sure restaurant is ready for next day shifts.
