  • Elected two terms as a county legislator, passing more than 50 new initiatives during my tenure. Received regional YWCA “Woman of Achievement in Government” award.
  • Unanimously chosen as legislative caucus leader, becoming the youngest person to serve this post in county history. Drove an extensive policy agenda and negotiated consensus among divergent stakeholders.
  • Strategically planned and executed numerous large-scale, public and private events with unique creativity and meticulous attention to detail – such as a first-ever regional women’s leadership fundraiser, statewide economic development summits, Presidential/ Gubernatorial advance work.

Sales & Marketing Performance
  • Ran two high-profile campaigns for County Clerk, earning more votes than any other non-incumbent nominee from my party in twenty years via door-to-door platform pitching, winning debates, and other candidate "sales" tactics. Held additional management roles in numerous other campaigns at the federal, state, local levels, utilizing self-derived cold-calling, canvassing and voter tracker methodology.
  • Established independent consulting, side-business to support marketing efforts for local entrepreneurs, including business development strategy, customer outreach, and the design of promotional materials for a local companies that helped elevate each business' respective sales.
  • Consistently led with largest number of sales and/or solicited donations for a large portfolio of community-based involvements. For example, raised more money than any other family for local school reconstruction project; sold annually 20-25 percent of the total number of senior benefit tickets; boasted a record number of small dollar contributors (more than 250) for a local political campaign.

People-Manager, Systems-Driver

Network/Coalition Building Success
  • Built and fully managed four of my own political campaigns, involving hundreds of recruited volunteers, hired campaign teams and consultants, political interests and divergent interest groups. Successfully earned more than 10 endorsements from key opinion-leaders each campaign and became known for a positive and energetic approach.
  • Cultivated Governor's three-county operations in rural Southwestern NY from a handful of working contacts to a large network of supporting business, political, academic, religious and community leaders and organizations - by personally engaging and developing trusted relationships over the course of seven years.
  • Established several brand-new grassroots organizations through effective identification, outreach and persuasion. For example, located and joined together a large number of Type I Diabetes families and became the top fundraising team in all of Upstate NY. Also, grew a grant-funded school wellness initiative from only one participant, under my predecessor's one-year onboarding attempt, to successfully convincing 13 more to join the effort in less than four months.
