• Ability to communicate with management in all positions as well as implement positive teamwork in all areas well with others and understand the importance of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee housekeeping team comprised part time staff up to 10.
• Scheduling and payroll accountability.
• Manage cleaning staff performance and the hiring process.
• Performs lead hand function for Cleaning staff.
• Acts as a resource for general cleaning, training and branch cleaning issues.
• Coordinates room and function set-up.
• Cleaning and modelling for team members.
• Acts as primary contact branch cleaning operations.
• Works with Branch Leadership Team to ensure share responsibility for cleaning standards in each program area.
• Supports Branch Leadership Team and branch operations as required.
• Responsible for procurement of cleaning supplies and working with cleaning suppliers/vendors keeping a working relationship.
• Maintain positive relationship building with other YMCA services that rent space in the facilities to ensure cleaning standards achieved.
• Processes invoices.
