Analyzed and assessed systems to increase school safety measures, increase of enrollment by 150students, increased student SBAC achievement during a Pandemic by 7% in ELA/Math, increase in student graduation to 99%, increase college and career readiness to 60% class of 2022 from 51%, increase of EL Redesignation from 17% to 34% increase in parent portal engagement to 64% from 22%.
· Implemented four cohorts of Mastery Learning and Grading for the first time with 60% certified and all ELA/Math teachers with implementation of Mastery Learning and Grading.
· Initiated School-Wide PD Data Analysis Cycle utilizing multiple measures: SBAC, STAR, Interim Assessments to established School-wide ELA standard(s) of mastery and growth.
Re-structured the Math department in implementation of department commonalities: Illustrative Math, Desmos, XL and Delta Math (In classroom Monday’s Intervention), Common Lessons, Common Assessments, Analysis of Data review utilizing the Continuous Cycle of Improvement model, using IAB’s, ICA’s, STAR Renaissance.
