· Fostering a supportive environment, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship and bonding among cheerleaders.

· Effectively communicates expectations to cheerleaders and families regarding commitment required for success.

· Creates sideline and floor material appropriate for games to showcase the squad and increase crowd involvement.

· Utilizes Google Classroom and Docs to provide cheer material for cheerleaders to access and practice independently.

· Manages a social media account to highlight the squad and their performances.

· Streamlines practice schedules to maximize time efficiency and allow flexibility for participation with other sports.

· Coordinates with administration to have pep rallies, planning activities to raise spirit and encourage student body participation and engagement.

· Supervises squad to attend home volleyball games as a student group to cheer on our team from the bleachers.

· Co-created and took on the primary coaching role of a K-2 cheerleader feeder program.

· Manage schedules, uniform ordering and ran practices for the 3-5 Little League cheer program.

· Assisted LCHS Varsity head coach during the 2024-25 season.
