  • As the Ballot Retrieval Lead, I am responsible for the planning and supervision of ballot retrieval from the 59 ballot drop boxes located throughout San Mateo County, as well as the county’s 49 vote centers, a highly detailed, planned, and organized process with procedure dictated by the California Election Code.
  • Before each election cycle, I recruit, hire and train a team of 30+ ballot retrieval staff, as well as recruit, hire and train 130+ ballot courier teams to lock County drop boxes and retrieve ballots from the County’s 49 vote centers on election night, to be delivered to the ballot processing center on Tower Road before midnight.
  • Planning and supervising the retrieval of voted ballots from ballot drop boxes throughout San Mateo County requires a high degree of accuracy and organization, as well as professional communication and collaboration with the officials of the various cities and towns throughout the county.
